Oahu is the most popular of the Hawaiian Islands and it’s easy to understand why – there’s so much to do on Oahu!

The third largest Hawaiian island is home to the majority of Hawaii’s diverse population, a fusion of east and west cultures rooted in the values and traditions of the Native Hawaiian people. With Waikiki as a central hub, you can explore the legendary North Shore of Oahu one day, and spend the next day on the east side snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, a protected marine sanctuary with tons of colorful fish. It’s clear that Oahu offers just the right amount of diversity for the adventurous as well as the cautious visitor. Thrill seekers can skydive at Mokuleia while daydreamers can relax peacefully on the beach. Exquisite dining and exciting nightlife also entice people to Oahu again and again.

The most populated island, where Honolulu is the Capital City, the principal port, the major airport, and business and financial center, and the educational heart of the State. Oahu is the military command center of the Pacific. Waikiki is the visitor center. Landmarks: Nuuanu Pali, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor.

Golfers can choose from any of the championship found in each of the resort areas throughout the island as part of our Oahu package. With our package you will have the unique opportunity to select to play rounds at any of these fine resort courses.

Waikiki and Honolulu Golf Packages

Located on the south shore of Honolulu, the world-famous neighborhood of Waikiki was once a playground for Hawaiian royalty. Known in Hawaiian as "spouting waters," Waikiki was introduced to the world when its first hotel, the Moana Surfrider, was built on its shores in 1901. Today, Waikiki is Oahu’s main hotel and resort area and a vibrant gathering place for visitors from around the world. Along the main strip of Kalakaua Avenue you'll find world-class shopping, dining, entertainment, activities and resorts.

Waikiki is most famous for its beaches and every room is just two or three blocks away from the sea. With Leahi (Diamond Head) as your backdrop, the calm waters of Waikiki are perfect for a surfing lesson. In fact, legendary Hawaiian waterman Duke Kahanamoku grew up surfing the waves of Waikiki. This Olympic gold medalist in swimming actually taught visitors how to surf at the turn of the century and was later known as “The father of modern surfing.” Today, the Waikiki Beach Boys perpetuate Duke’s legacy by teaching visitors how to surf and canoe and the Duke Kahanamoku Statue has become an iconic symbol of Waikiki.

Turtle Bay Resort Golf Packages

Only 55 minutes from the energetic pulse of Honolulu and Waikiki city, our oceanfront setting immerses guests in the natural tranquility of Oahu's Fabled North Shore lifestyle. Oahu's spectacular ocean views are on display from every one of the Resort's 452 magnificent accommodations, including our beach cottages, villas, guest rooms and suites.

This par-72 track features generously sized rolling Bermuda fairways, heavily bunkered greens, and a compliment of lakes of palms.  Interestingly, this course sat idle for almost ten years between 1994 and 2003, before finally opening to an eagerly awaiting cast of golfers.

The par 5 ninth hole is the signature hole of the course measuring 621 yards from the back tees. From the tee's one gets a panoramic view of the entire south shore of Oahu. Come play Oahu's newest course and experience a golf pleasure few have had.

Royal Hawaiian Golf Club

The Pete and Perry Dye designed layout has contrasting nines, with a front side that features more open rolling terrain to a back nine boasting very rugged mountainous terrain.  With a slope of 136 from the back tees and a distance of about 6,600 yards, this demanding track is an interesting mix of beauty and challenge

Set in awesome natural surroundings beneath the deep green folds of the Ko'olau Mountains. The front nine plays across the lower slopes of Mount Olomana, while the back nine wends its way through a tropical rainforest with dramatic changes in elevation. Local residences refer to it as "Jurassic Park" because there are few signs of civilization, only the surrounding forest and the mountain peaks overhead.

Championship Tees Course Rating: 18 Holes; Par 72; 6595 yards, Rated 73.1 Slope Rated 138

Ko Olina Golf Club

Located on the west coast of the island at the KoOlina resort, the Ted Robinson designed KoOlina Golf Club is one of the few resort courses located on Oahu.  The par-72 layout features generous landing areas, multi-tiered greens, cascading waterfalls and a picturesque ocean location.

The 170-acre), par-72 golf course opened in January 1990, hosting the LPGA Tour's Hawaiian Ladies Open from 1990 to 1995, the Senior PGA Tour's Ko Olina Senior Invitational in 1992 and the Fields Open in Hawaii from 2006 to 2008. Women's professional golf returned in April 2012 with the inaugural LPGA Lotte Championship, won by Ai Miyazato. This years winner (2014) was Hawaii's own Michelle Wie. Waterfalls feed into streams that widen into pools that become lakes From the back tees Ko Olina measures 6,867 yards and is superbly maintained, with wide fairways and well-bunkered, multi-tiered greens.

Championship Tees Course Rating: 18 Holes; Par 72; 6867 yards, Rated 72.3, Slope Rated 135

Hawaii Prince Golf Course

Located about 40 minutes from Waikiki on the Ewa Plains, Hawaii Prince is an Arnold Palmer designed facility, featuring 27 holes.  Each of the 9’s are designated A, B or C, and the abundant number of water features is the dominant characteristic of this track.  Within the property of the golf course there are 10 lakes, which come in to play in over half of the holes.

In addition to its 27 holes the Hawaii Prince Golf Club sports an excellent practice facility and features a full service clubhouse with a terrific restaurant.  The golf course is affiliated with the Hawaii Prince hotel, and features a shuttle service for those interested.

Championship Tees Course Rating: 27 Holes; Par 72; 7225 yards, Rated 70.2, Slope Rated 130

Ko’olau Golf Club

Considered by many the toughest golf course on the planet,  Ko olau was originally pegged with a slope of 162 from the back tees but later dropped to 152 which is just three points shy of the maximum value acknowledged in the slope rating system.

Carved through a mountainside jungle the course is as beautiful as it is difficult, featuring winding ravines, extreme elevation changes, dense jungle, and stunning views of cascading waterfalls.  Because of it’s unique blend of demanding design and jaw dropping scenery, Ko olau can commonly be found in the top golf course lists created by Golf Magazine and other trusted names in golf.

Ko'olau's natural setting provided master golf course architect Dick Nugent the opportunity to create a gem of a golf course that encompasses over 280 acres of spectacular terrain with a scenic 7,310-yard, par-72 layout unlike any other in the world. Ko'olau features impeccable conditioning and some of the most extraordinary scenery in the world.

Championship Tees Course Rating: 18 Holes; Par 72, 7,310 Yards, Rated 75.7, Slope Rated 152

Kapolei Golf Club

Located west of Pearl Harbor, in Sunny Kapolei, Oahu's second city, the par-72 championship layout is beautifully landscaped with floral gardens, thousands of coconut palms and five expansive lakes. Architect Ted Robinson, who is known for his creative use of water, moved massive amounts of dirt to create the lakes and to provide elevation and contouring for the course. The beautiful lakes come into play on 12 holes and in addition to being aesthetically pleasing, serve an important environmental function, catching storm run-off from the surrounding terrain.

Kapolei measures 7,001 yards from the back tees but with multiple tee positions the course can be enjoyed by all levels of golfers. More than 80 bunkers, elevated greens, and gently contoured fairways add to the challenge of this award winning course.

Having been rated as one of the best courses on Oahu by both Golf Digest Magazine and the Zagat Survey, this par-72 Ted Robinson design also played host to the LPGA's Hawaiian Ladies Open Tournament between 1996-2001 and for the last few years the Champions Tour Pacific Links Open.(Every October) 2014 winner was Paul Goydos who shot -19 to win the tournament.

Turtle Bay Palmer Course

Located on Oahu's scenic North Shore, perhaps better known for surfing than golfing, the Turtle Bay resort offers two championship courses that have played host to the Champions Tour, LPGA, and Golf Channel’s The Big Break.

The Palmer Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, is the more challenging offerings of the Resort and plays to a yardage of just over 7200 yards from the back tees and has a slope of 141 from those same tees.  The course has a distinct links feel to it, is heavily bunkered, and given its location is heavily influenced by nature’s elements. Poised on the northernmost tip of Oahu, Turtle Bay Country Club is the perfect choice for the golfer who wants to escape the bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki. This secluded North Shore resort is named after the bay it overlooks, which is visited each year by green sea turtles that come to nest in Turtle Bay's pristine waters.

The front nine is nearly devoid of trees and shrubs. It features sand, water, wind, and rolling terrain. The back nine plays through a forest of ironwood pines and offers a very different feel.

Turtle Bay Fazio Course

Located on Oahu's scenic North Shore, perhaps better known for surfing than golfing, the Turtle Bay resort offers two championship courses that have played host to the Champions Tour, LPGA, and Golf Channel’s The Big Break.

Makaha Valley Country Club

Kaala visible from every hole.  In contrast to the bustle of Waikiki, this area of Waianae is very quaint and calm, and the commute to the golf course from Honolulu is filled with panoramic ocean views

In addition to the mountain views, the par-72 William Francis Bell design also features plenty of ocean views, with a variety of doglegs and elevation changes.  A full service restaurant and driving range await guests before or after their round.

The course offers plenty of water features, including a 30’ waterfall, measures just over 6800 yards from the back tees, and boasts beautifully manicured Seashore paspalum turf.

Coral Creek also has a full-service practice facility featuring a full length driving range with 25 hitting stations, practice putting greens, and a chipping area which includes a practice bunker. Coral Creek is happy to offer guests a transportation shuttle service from select Waikiki hotels.

Championship Tees Course Rating: 18 Holes; Par 70; 6369 yards, Rated 68.8, Slope Rated 127

Ewa Beach Golf Club

The course measures just over 6700 yards and boasts rolling, tree-lined fairways, water hazards, and numerous bunkers. The signature hole of Ewa Beach Golf Club is the par-3 13th, which requires a tee shot into the wind and over water.
