Wailea Emerald Course

Designed as a fun course for every skill level, the 6825-yard Wailea Emerald Course is one of the country’s most women-friendly golf clubs, according to Golf for Women Magazine who first granted the Wailea Golf Club the “Top Fairways Award” over a decade ago and has since then had the honor of winning that same award six additional times.
In the sunny, usually warmer end of Maui, The Emerald Course delights players with its carpet-like fairways, colorful foliage, and numerous vistas of the Pacific Ocean and Mt. Haleakala. With fewer forced carries and kinder fairways than the Gold Course, conditions are great for players who view golf as an enjoyable form of recreation rather than a grueling test of concentration and precision.
Measuring 6825 yards from the back tees, the Emerald features four to six tee boxes on every hole, allowing players to play the course to their playing level. A strong notable feature includes a large double green shared by holes #10 and #17. The course also has 10 fewer sand traps, wider fairways, and slightly more ocean views than can be seen from the Gold Course.
